Digital Transformation, Technology-oriented Management Consulting & Program / Portfolio Mgmt Executive with 20+ years' experience across the financial services industry (including 10 years at UBS AG), and beyond. 

Most recently Nilay has been working with start-up / boutique technology services businesses, applying his copious experience and leveraging his extensive network to enable their growth and penetration of the large enterprise market. 

Prior, Nilay plied his trade at WWT where his efforts focussed on leading the establishment & growth of the Technology & Digital Consulting business from EMEA across Tier-1 Global Financial Services clients and latterly an increasing array of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients. Starting the practice as an individual contributor, Nilay went onto establish a formidable cadre of consulting talent enabling customers to reap optimal value from WWTs full-range of services. The team were exemplar in applying their skills and retaining focus on their mandate - client realisation of business transformation objectives through technology, in concert with the necessary personnel & process changes. The results of his leadership and hands-on style were evident in the bottom line: Gross Profit consistently trended upward ahead of target throughout, and peaked at $15M for FY22 at the end of his tenure.

In the course, his team’s gross profit contributions for professional services & programmatic wins contiguously exceeded target year-on-year. The team was revered across WWT for setting a high-bar of achievement for the quantitative and qualitative results attained, and also turned heads taking market share from long-established competing firms. 

Whilst a Director at UBS AG (2006-‘16) Nilay led a series of marquee global enterprise technology programs, including remit for leading the End User Technology Program portfolio globally. Budgets under his remit exceeded £150m & program teams led exceeded 100 FTE / FTCs.
