Reinvigorated the product management team by clarifying the roles of the 11 team members and coaching them to meet the expectations of those roles and improve support of multiple key business and customer facing applications in the sales, sales operation, sales enablement, marketing, quoting, and services presales.

Built two new areas of practice within Application Services (AS), product ownership and technical writing, developed new service offerings to add to AS’s portfolio around product ownership foundations and product management activities, and led the Products practice responsible for several of WWTs software-based products, ultimately managing over 50 individuals.

Championed product ownership with clients and internal teams, mentored, designed and led workshops and training for both clients and internal delivery teams related to product ownership, and  fostered an environment of continuous improvement.

Presided over and managed two (2) Information Technology (IT) Development teams, encompassing 15 high performing team members. Created an environment of collaboration within the teams that allowed for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.
