WWT provides technology consulting services for medium to large companies.  I am a product consultant for a large national fast-food company redoing its in-store and online ordering system.  Led the product effort for the on-line ordering working with client-side and WWT team members.

Becoming a realtor was the best and toughest transition I have had in my career allowing me to grow my leadership, relationship, and communication skills.  As a first-year realtor, I exceeded my goals for sales and the number of listings sold by 50%.

My proudest achievement was initiating a project while a member of the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors Outreach Committee.  Working with leaders in Marshfield, MO we were able to take that money and move forward building a walking trail for the local senior center.  This created not just an area to walk around but it added beauty to a previously unkempt area.

• Managed the engineering team for the last 2 years before being acquired working closely with all departments including the BOD.
• Led the process of moving from waterfall development lifecycle to Agile.
• Major contributor for the architecture of next-generation SIP-based VOIP PBX platform written in Java and running on Linux platform on multiple customer sites.

Software Engineering Manager

• Designed and developed common call control interface providing developers a common state machine as well as common features, allowing them to write application specific code.
• Worked closely with support team to address field issues and debug problems that arise.
• Platform supported over 1000 customers and 25,000 endpoints.

Fascinated with what made some companies succeed while others failed, I gravitated to product management after a 16-year career as a software engineer. While both involve solving problems and creativity, the strategic aspect drew me to product management.

My passion for constant learning makes product management even more exciting. Using that passion and curiosity to always dig deeper and ask questions to come up with – not just better – but the right solution. Working with a variety of people; aggregating data, feedback, and ideas; to come up with a plan to solve a customer's problem is what gets me up every day.

My goal is to help lead companies to success by building a product that aligns with the vision and brings the most value to the user. Measuring what gives your customer value first, results in reaching or exceeding the company’s business goals.
