Transformative solutions sound great in the board deck.
Most “transformations” quietly wreck your go‑to‑market.

Too many teams take a product that could fix a specific workflow and frame it as a C‑suite, multi‑division modernization program.

Suddenly your 3–6 month deal turns into a global strategic integration motion:
- Committees and steering groups
- Board‑level oversight
- Scope that crosses finance, risk, IT, ops

Cycle time stretches to 1–2 years.

- Prove hard value in 3–9 months
- Turn it into a repeatable pattern before you widen the scope

Stack those workflow‑level wins.
Make them boringly repeatable.

Transformation will show up in the story over time as an outcome you earned, not something you tried to sell on day one
