I was also fortunate to be part of Snowflake Pre-IPO to post-IPO growth phase - seeing what scaling looks like in the product and sales orgs. 

Right now, I’m deep in AI, co-running the world’s largest AI newsletter and launching new ventures at the intersection of AI and enterprise applications.

As a Full Stack Product Designer, I do tasks related to a Product Owner, Product Manager, and Product Designer.

Achievements:
- Designed multiple B2B integrated services with multiple Role Based Access Control levels (largest project being up to 7 roles - 2 mobile apps, and 4 web portals ~ 300 hours)
- Designed Billing module for B2B Software and Hardware as a Service
- Defined KPIs for dashboards to monitor quantitative key insights
- Designed logo and branding of B2B products
- Designed integrated services which included IOS & Android Mobile Apps, Web Apps, Kiosk Apps
- Worked directly with developers translating project requirements to development tasks on Jira

- Worked directly with the QA team to ensure the software meets the product design and requirements while keeping in line with monetary and time constraints 
- Worked directly with the database engineers to design relevant ERDs for data and features defined in the designs I made
- Navigated around UX tradeoffs to deliver user friendly & functional products

For a SaaS platform that provides restaurant management, tableside ordering, and a mobile app for customers to order and connect with restaurants near them, I designed interactive Web and Tablet prototypes of:
- Primary Restaurant-side order management screens (Web admin)
- Customizable menu interfaces (Web admin)
- Personal details (Web admin)
- Order workflow (Tablet)

Furthermore, I have been part of the sales pitches as the Product Manager. My role included researching customer needs, and suggesting the appropriate changes to the product based on the findings. I also conducted competitor analysis to suggest the unique selling point for our product and helped devise the product's pricing structure.
