·        I block 1–2 hours daily for genuine networking
·        I respond to comments and DMs intentionally, not mechanically

I’m not trying to be everywhere.

 Not right now — and honestly, that’s a conscious choice.

Repurposing is easy.
 Building trust isn’t.

I’d rather grow 2 platforms properly
 than dilute my energy across 5.

Maybe I’m missing short-term reach.
 But I’m building long-term credibility.

This isn’t about hacks.
 It’s about sustainability.
It’s strategy!

There’s too many “I made thousands on LinkedIn”

But not enough
“I’m still figuring it out.”

This year, I’ve:
•	Been inconsistent
•	Questioned my pace more than once
•	Watched others move faster than me

That’s the reality of building something alongside real life.
•	I haven’t made thousands of $$$.
•	I haven’t gone viral every week.
•	I haven’t shown up as consistently as I planned.

And still I’m…..fulfilled.
•	I’m content.
•	I know I’m capable.
•	I know that even if everything reset to 0 tomorrow

 I could build it again.

Progress isn’t always loud.
Growth isn’t always public.
And comparison hides the full picture.

It’s not all black and white.

Sometimes you’re not behind 
you’re just building at your own pace.

I hosted my very first virtual Personal Branding class for women in Jeddah.
 Because of this one question.
 
"What if LinkedIn stops working for me?"
 
Right before the New Year, a friend asked me if I was concerned about LinkedIn changes.

I said no.

The reason being: 
·It’s still the only social media platform I use for business,
        (But I’m very much aware of both the changes & the risks.)
· LinkedIn is still the No. 1 platform for professional services,
        (But heading in a direction that’s not helping coaches, consultants, and         service providers to sell.)

I’m not concerned about it because my business is based on a few simple actions:
· I do stuff.
· All the things we do are a test, and I test a lot.
· When I find what works, I make a process out of it.
· Once I process what works, I offer people help to implement it.

I’ve done this many time, and I’m confident I could do it again. 

If LinkedIn stopped working for me, the steps would remain the same:
1. Find what works in a new situation.
2. Reverse-engineer & make a process out of it.
3. Teach, coach & consult people who want the same.

I like this way of doing the work because it’s efficient in many ways:
→ I don’t have to invent what I sell.
→ I’ve already done the work, so I just document it.
→ I don’t sell the theory; I sell what’s already worked.

I kept seeing the same problem again and again 
 Women want to build a personal brand…
 
But they feel confused, overwhelmed, or stuck on where to even begin.
So instead of overcomplicating it, I did a 120-minute live, up-close, personal class.
- No fluff.
- No theory-only talk.
- No “just post consistently” advice.

We busted all the personal branding myths and broke things down step by step:

·        What personal branding really means (and what it doesn’t)

I lasted 6 months in my last 9–5.

I hear this all the time.
So I ask why.

Most answers sound like this:
·“What if people judge me?”
·“How will I add value?”
· “Video is out of the question.”
·“What if others are already talking about the same thing?”

Here’s the truth most people avoid:

People aren’t scared of content.
They’re scared of judgment and comparison.

Once you realize content isn’t about being original,
 but about being useful and honest, things shift.

Want to build a brand?
→ Write content.

Want to attract opportunities?
→ Write content.

Want to create a community?
→ Write content.

Want to sell?
→ Write content.

Consistency beats perfection every time.
Even small posts or thoughtful comments can create a ripple effect.

- Use Sales Navigator and filters to build a focused list of people most likely to need my services.

- Make a separate list of all previous customers, closed/lost deals, and interested prospects stuck in my CRM.

- Spin up a DM to engage/re-activate them. Don’t push for a call in message 1.

- Send the first 30 DMs, tweak the message if response rate is low.

- When people respond, be curious, find their pain, add value, and position yourself as a solution.

- If they have a deep pain I can solve, offer a call.

- Repeat consistently, book calls with your ICP, and know that if you have the right offer, a percentage will buy.

Simple? Yes. But most people don’t execute.

Execution > Everything.
