LinkedIn Post Impressions are Dead. 

Everyone is struggling. My question is: Is LinkedIn helping creators by suppressing visibility? 

Obviously not. 

This is what I wrote to them: 

How LinkedIn distributes content - That's a major issue. 

I see some not so good content (I actually wanted to say rubbish content) - goes viral and some great knowledge content does not get far. 

To me its not the content issue anymore - Its the distribution issue. 

For example, newsletter - Now LinkedIn does not push newsletter to every subscriber - Who came with this idea of rationing? In my view every subscriber must get the newsletter. 

To me the bigger issue is again distribution of content - That needs fixing! 

This message was supported by Bobby Umar too. 

He added: Agreed 100%. People who subscribe to my newsletter or my company page actually WANT to get the content, yet they don't always get it or see it. Never understood that aspect. They get frustrated and DM me and I don't know what to say. 

Last point:  I think the new distribution algorithm is harming us - We create so that people read - Crap is going far - Quality is not being pushed by the algorithm!

Stop Waiting for "The Right Time" - Founders do not wait. 

They execute using this 5-steps framework. 

Stop planning to see the "perfect" moment.

Moment of Peak Confidence doesn't exist. 

And success is not reserved for the most talented or the most prepared; it belongs to the people who are willing to be messy, stay consistent, and execute while everyone else is still overthinking.

If you are tired of standing still, here is your 5-step action plan to stop dreaming and start doing. 

1. Kill the "Perfection" Delusion
Perfectionism is just procrastination in a fancy suit. When you insist on everything being perfect before you launch, you aren't being high-standard; you’re being afraid.

The Action: Adopt the "Version 1.0" mindset. Whether it’s a business, a fitness journey, or a creative project, your goal is to get it out of your head and into the real world. You cannot improve what doesn't exist. Launch poorly, then iterate.

2. Practice "Productive Ignorance"
We live in an era of information overload. We think we need to read ten books and watch fifty tutorials before we take the first step. This leads to "analysis paralysis."

The Action: Stop consuming and start creating. Give yourself a 24-hour window to gather the bare minimum information needed to take one step. Once that step is taken, move to the next. Learn "just-in-time" rather than "just-in-case."

3. Build a "Bias for Action"
The difference between high achievers and everyone else is the gap between the thought and the trigger. High achievers have a very short fuse between having an idea and taking an initial action.

The Action: Use the 5-Second Rule. The moment you have an instinct to act on a goal, count 5-4-3-2-1 and physically move. If you don't act within that window, your brain will kill the idea with excuses.

4. Optimize Your Environment, Not Your Willpower
Willpower is a finite resource. If you have to fight your environment every day to get work done, you will eventually lose.

The Action: Audit your surroundings. If you want to write, leave your laptop open on your desk the night before. If you want to eat healthy, clear the junk out of your pantry today. Make the "good" habits the path of least resistance.

5. Focus on the Process, Not the Prize
The "big win" is a byproduct of boring, daily repetitions. If you only focus on the end goal, you’ll get discouraged when it doesn’t happen in a week.

The Action: Set "Input Goals" rather than "Output Goals." Instead of saying "I want to lose 20 pounds," say "I will walk for 30 minutes every day." You have 100% control over your inputs. Win the day, and the year will take care of itself.
