Product Marketing Manager

Forward Advances are a specialist B2B eCommerce growth finance lender, within AIM-listed VC firm Forward Partners. We provide equity-free capital and expertise to unlock growth for UK online businesses. 

As the first marketing hire on the ground, my role at Advances was to establish the function and managing the full marketing mix to grow brand awareness and overall growth. 

My role in a nutshell:
- SQL generation through paid, email marketing, content and events, hitting 100%+ target each quarter.
- Established growth-focused newsletter. 
- Planning and delivery of content programme to attract, educate and convert prospects. 
- End-to-end campaign management including design and build of landing pages, assets, HTML emails and workflows using HubSpot and Webflow.
- Regular growth experiments to optimise website and campaign conversion.
- Worked closely with Head of Commercial, sales and partnerships to design and produce collateral, communications and monthly campaigns.
- Ran regular customer insights sessions with sales, and customer interviews to retain a customer-focused approach to all business activity. 
- Worked closely with product to produce onboarding communications, UX copy and streamline journeys giving an enhanced customer experience.

Under the suite of offerings, CoInvestor also provides SaaS solution to fund managers, to simplify and digitise the management of their deals and clients.
