I was looking at an image of Lionel Messi standing in a roaring Barcelona stadium with me..  lights blazing, crowd alive, history in motion.

For a second, it felt like a real moment.

And then it hit me:
Artificial intelligence didn’t just recreate a picture.
It recreated a feeling.

In medicine, this is the crossroads we’re standing in right now.

AI isn’t just producing data.
It’s producing confidence sometimes accurate, sometimes not.
It’s generating clinical recommendations that look polished, persuasive, and intuitive.
