I got SCARED last year because 😰 …


We thought we had reached our limit.
CreatorTube Media had already onboarded the biggest creators in the JEE & K12 space.

We were growing fast… and then, suddenly, there was no space to grow.

I got scared.
→ What if this is it?
→ What if our business stops here?
→ What if we can’t scale anymore?

That fear almost convinced me that we hit a plateau.

But entrepreneurship taught me something important:
There is no plateau in business - only a lack of imagination.

Instead of stopping, we pivoted:
→ From just JEE and K12 → to Finance, Case Studies, Medical
→ From only creators → to brands and new categories
→ From one service → to a complete content ecosystem
And boom.

We unlocked a bigger level >>> 5 JEE/K12 Creators to 20+ Creators/Brands.

And, I learned:
Plateau doesn’t mean END. It means a new door is waiting. Go find it
If you ever feel stuck in your business, career, or life… don't accept that this is only your limit.
 
Ask yourself:

Because they think:
If I’m smart, my audience should understand my smart thoughts.

So they share:
• very intellectual ideas
• complicated business wisdom
• deep frameworks
• heavy jargons

And then they wonder…
• why don’t people engage?
• why is my content not growing?

But you need to understand that -
• your audience isn’t at your level yet.
• if they don’t get it, they won’t care.

Even a very successful founder will fail as a creator
If they speak above the audience, instead of to the audience.

That’s why creators who are 10x less qualified sometimes build 100x bigger audiences.

Because their content is simple, relatable, and relatable to humans.

In content creation: 
- It’s not about showing how smart you are.
- It’s about making people feel understood.

STARTUP FOUNDER is the most misused work title today.


These days, every other person says…
→ I’m the founder.
→ I’m building a startup.
→ I’m an entrepreneur.

But when you look at them closely…
→ No revenue
→ No customers
→ No progress
→ No real problem is being solved

Just the tag of entrepreneurship

I’ve seen many people say:
Don’t compare me with people doing jobs… I’m the FOUNDER, I’m superior even without any achievements.

But why?
→ Entrepreneurship isn’t a shield to avoid real work - It isn’t an excuse for zero numbers, It isn’t a way to feel superior.

Startup ≠ Story
Startup = Math

If the numbers never work, If the value never reaches a customer, If the business never moves even 1 step forward…

Then you’re not building a startup. And dreams without execution… are delusions.

I truly respect every founder who is hustling, even at ₹0 revenue in the beginning.

But years and years of comfort work with no outcome? Is Not Entrepreneurship.

So before calling yourself a “Founder”…
Ask yourself one thing: Am I building a company or just a title?

The only thing I look for - while hiring 18 - 20 year olds.
(And no, it’s NOT skills and NOT experience)

When someone is 18 or 20…

How can I expect them to have:
→ Years of experience
→ Full professionalism
→ Expert-level skills

Ofc, no
They are just starting their life. They are not supposed to know everything.

So while hiring young talent at CreatorTube Media,
I look for just one thing: Intent

→ Do they really WANT to grow?
→ Do they have the hunger to learn?
→ Will they give their 100% without excuses?

Because…
Skills can be taught, experience can be built, and professionalism comes with time.

But intent can’t be installed from outside. You either have it or you don’t.

Some of my best teammates joined us with zero experience, but they had FIRE inside.

Those people are now handling full departments, leading teams, and scaling creators to millions.

So, if you’re young and scared…
Don’t worry about your resume.
Don’t worry about - am I skilled enough?

Just bring your intent.
The world and the company will open doors for you.

India stands as the 4th-largest economy in the world!

Proud moment, right?

But here are a few more “No. 1” titles we don’t talk about enough:

→ World’s most polluted country - 70 of the 75 worst cities are ours.
→ India has the world’s highest number of road accident deaths - over 1.77 lakh people died in 2024
→ And not so bad performance in Corruption Perception Index, Global Peace Index, Press Freedom Index, we are topping from bottom in each of these.

If this were a leaderboard, we’re topping categories nobody wants to win.

But, problems this big don’t get solved by outrage alone.
It takes consistent work from everyone:
→ the government (policy),
→ the opposition (accountability),
→ the public (behaviour change).

Clean air, safer roads, and responsible cities won’t come from one side.
They’ll come from all of us showing up - together.

The 2 months we heard “NO” from everyone.


We were putting in all the effort…
→ Sending proposals…
→ Talking to creators…
→ Showing them results…

But no one was on board.
2 months → Zero sales, zero new clients.

And I started thinking - Is CreatorTube Media stuck?

Are we doing something wrong?
Will we ever grow again?

Then something crazy happened…
DIWALI.

Suddenly -
→ Same pitch.
→ Same results.
→ Same team.
→ Same strategy.

But this time - Everyone said YES.

In just 30 days, we doubled our clients.
→ Our revenue shot up.
→ Our growth line started moving again.

That’s when I learned a lesson business books don’t teach:
Success is not always about talent. Sometimes, it’s about timing.

If you’re trying hard but not seeing results, don’t doubt your skills, don’t doubt your idea, don’t doubt yourself.

Maybe the world just isn’t ready yet.

Because when timing clicks, everything clicks.
