Highlights: 
- Managed a team of 13
- Secured 150+ pre orders ($52k) in 24 hours
- Secured partnerships with 40 NFT projects
- Gained 15k Twitter followers and 2k members on a closed Discord

Peloton Capital

Deals included: 
- Halo Food Co.: Acquisition of The Healthy Mummy ($17m); Partnership with TheLand China ($USD40m) 
- MedAdvisor: Rollout of the digital COVID-19 patient program ($USD3m); US non-deal investor roadshow 
- Pathify: Launch of Higher Ed Engagement Hub; Partnerships with universities in America

Responsibilities included: 
- Developing and presenting pitch decks and investor presentations 
- Undertaking due diligence on potential clients and acquisitions 
- Drafting ASX announcements 
- Identifying potential investors and scheduling roadshows accordingly
- Acquiring new clients via organic reach out, networking events and personal connections
- Developing financial analysis in Microsoft Excel and presenting to internal and client audiences

Worked across the Global Infrastructure and Global Real Estate divisions. I was involved in drafting and reviewing contracts and consultancy agreements. I was the assigned paralegal for PowAR’s acquisition of Tilt Renewables ($3b).
