Deals included: 
- Halo Food Co.: Acquisition of The Healthy Mummy ($17m); Partnership with TheLand China ($USD40m) 
- MedAdvisor: Rollout of the digital COVID-19 patient program ($USD3m); US non-deal investor roadshow

Responsibilities included: 
- Developing and presenting pitch decks and investor presentations

- Entrepreneurship: Founded and merged a distribution and advisory business, in partnership with Cerescom Ltd, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Project managed 7-figure sales deals on behalf of governments (UK, AUS, UA), corporations (incl. Telstra), family offices, and NGOs.

- Business Acumen: Oversaw the international sourcing, product development, billing & collections, manufacturing, QA, sales, marketing and logistics of essential medical and FMCG goods, with key partners.

- Key skills: effective communication, stakeholder and relationship management, contract law and commercial management expertise (incl. pricing, revenue models, supply volume and stock planning).

Strategic Partnerships Manager

Ofload is a logistics and financial technology scaleup. Top LinkedIn Startups (#4, 2023). Deloitte's #TechFast50 (2023).

As Ofload’s first Sales Development Manager, I ensured hypergrowth was possible through developing many of Ofload’s new and innovative sales and process optimisation strategies. 
This includes CRM upgrades, where I identified, negotiated, implemented, and trained the organisation on how to effectively use this AI-enabled technology.

Results included:
- 350% increase in total completed sales/deliveries (2022-2023), despite headcount only rising by 130%.

- Training high performing teams. My direct reports, 15% of the Commercial Team, were consistently responsible for generating 30-40% of Ofload’s monthly revenue pipeline. 
-- Oversaw 2 promotions, and 3 new hires.

- I led by example, personally introducing and closing $4.4M of realised revenue between 2022-2023. (Ranking in the top ¼ of sales results by an individual).

- Built auto-personalised copy for talk tracks, call scripts, outreach sequences, pitch decks, and case studies. Created reports and dashboards which enabled Senior Leadership and investors to implement, track and advise on team OKRs.

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)

Elected to co-lead LSE Students’ Union, receiving votes from 1/3rd of the student body. Full time position, post studies.

- Directorship: Managed a large team across commercial, operations, campaigns and marketing. Represented a global network of 200,000 students and alumni, via mixed media channels (online socials, print, sponsorships).

- LSESU Board of Trustees: Advising on the deployment of £5M budget to mitigate income and compliance risk. Diversifying Student Union operations, including new merchandising and food retail initiatives.
