I am a Senior Commercial Finance Leader and Process/IT Systems Specialist, leading the development and implementation of major business transformations and simplifications spanning Fortune500s to start-ups. 

I am currently Finance Director at Paramount International Streaming. My recent career also includes roles at Procter & Gamble Regional Service Company such as Senior Finance Manager – Commercial Finance and Procure to Pay (P2P) Manager – Central Europe, Balkans & Israel. 

Combining my extensive financial leadership, scarcity mindset and change management experience I design and implement simple solutions or complex business plans while transforming finance functions into strategic pillars. This includes integrating Procter & Gamble’s acquisition, Gillette, to its sales structure, supply chain & SAP systems. I led this M&A project from a financial perspective to achieve the individual CEO award for outstanding finance accomplishments, with P&G appointed as No1 supplier in Hungary.

I have a proven track record driving compelling, company-wide stakeholder communications to strengthen engagement and provide clarity on both the financial and organisational vision, while identifying and actioning opportunities to optimise IT systems and processes.
