SUPERCLUSTER

In 2020, I felt like expanding on my love for collaboration, through an idea that would soon change the global production landscape. SUPERCLUSTER was born, a collective of leading production companies from around the world that collaborate instead of compete, creating visionary, high-quality content with absolutely no geographical limitations.

And so began my journey to create a network of like-minded creatives from various countries, from New Zealand to Canada. My mission was to build a collective of the world's best directors and producers, and now, 23 production companies later, I can proudly say that we've achieved just that.

Founder

We were young and determined to "make it happen", so running a sustainable production company just seemed like the right thing to do, straight after university. We had limited resources, but that didn't stop us. With the help of our trusty Canon 5D and an IMac, we started Greenshot Films. Two year in, we had a team of five and more than 50 completed films to our name. Along the way, we've learned a great deal about the creative industry. In many ways, Greenshot Films was the Master degree that we never got.

As a certified people person, I love creating strong bonds and building long lasting relationships. I’m happiest when everyday is different and I’m called to respond intuitively to unexpected situations.  

As an Executive Producer, I get to be the connecting link between creative departments at brands&agencies and all different film departments, taking projects from A to Z and overseeing that the highest quality is delivered. 

As an entrepreneur and founder of FutureFrank (commercial) & Mrs.Frank (doc and fiction), I've been blessed with incredible opportunities to exercise my entrepreneurial mindset. From creating the brands (tone of voice, identity, visual concept, ethos), to learning and mastering operation processes (legal, finance, hr, marketing, pr), down to the execution (events, collaborations, branded products). And of course the most important, our team. I've learned as much as I've mentored and I dearly enjoy that. 

As a Human Being, I care about my life having a positive impact in the world. Although starting from humble beginnings and working hard to get here, I can't stop thinking how privileged I am. Not everyone is that lucky, so I find it extremely important to give back in anyway I can. Storytelling has the power to change lives, to inspire, to teach. As filmmakers, I believe we have the responsibility to use that power for a greater cause. Wether that's representation in front and behind the camera on a commercial set, or investing time, money and resources in films that will bring awareness for important topics.

Creation and collaboration is where I get my energy from.
