Principal research consultant with an agnostic approach to finding clients the answers to hard questions. Significant quantitative expertise but with broad methodological experience in qualitative, digital and secondary data sources. Working across multiple industries (finance, retail, digital, services, consumer goods, with both commercial and government/social), with projects of various size, scope, scale and geographic coverage (both local and international).  
Involved in all aspects of creating clarity for our clients: from responding to a brief, challenging the approach, through to the ultimate delivery of clear insights and recommendations and everything in between.
Responsible for managing a talented team of three consultants directly and working closely with our other 20 consultants in various capacities.

Involved with conducting secondary or primary evidence-based marketing research for clients from a multitude of industries and sectors. Involved at all stages of jobs from inception to completion (designing a study program to meet briefs, embracing new innovations or approaches to meet requirements and budgetary restraints, project cost control, client liaison, on-going project management and job coordination, questionnaire design, data analysis and interpretation, report formulation and guidance, providing face-to-face presentations and debriefs, etc.). 
Recent experience includes running projects as broad as a 14 country, multi-language continuous tracking study through to extremely quick 3 day turn-around projects to provide guidance on strategic business decisions. Involved with both conducting research and also pure consultancy. Client sectors range from travel/tourism, employment services, consumer goods, not-for-profit/NGO, mental health and well-being, banking/financial services, automotive, luxury goods, public utilities, retailer, and clothing/apparel. 
Methodological experience includes online traditional surveys, smart-phone/tablet surveys, online communities/groups, mixed methodology and digital. Extensive analysis experience using Q Research Software, running advanced analysis including segmentation, regressions, cluster analysis, etc. 
My short to medium focus is on continuing to provide highly targeted, actionable and honest answers to client business problems, condensing the typical 'unwieldy' report into an easy-to-digest document with clear direction and future-focused honest recommendations.
