The average customer winback campaign generates $485K. That’s for SMBs, larger organizations generate millions.

📶  Why So Much Revenue?

Past customers come back in large numbers and when they return they're big spenders.

On average, 26% return and they spend so much that their lifetime value more than doubles. 

A study of 40,000 lost customers featured in the Harvard Business Review (March 2016) found the same thing.

➡️ Low Cost

It costs less than $5k to run a winback campaign. That's for SMBs, the cost for larger organizations is also very low.  

The cost is low because the high price of customer acquisition has already been paid.  

You don't need to pay for ads or buy lists, your leads are free, they're sitting in your CRM. 

Also, sales cycles are shorter because so much of the sales work has already been done.

As you'd expect, those low costs and high returns make winback ROI extremely high, it ranges from 32X to 182X.

My first real job was trading commodities. By 28 I was completely burnt out and ended up selling everything, buying a backpack and traveling the world.

When the money ran out I came back to Canada, got into marketing and that's what I've done ever since. 

Over the last two decades I’ve spent thousands of hours testing and implementing a wide variety of strategies. 

They’ve generated over 50,000 customers and have allowed me to work with brands like Fidelity and Forrester. 

Out of all the revenue strategies I've ever tried, nothing has come close to winback in terms of ROI and sales velocity. It consistently generates more revenue, in less time and at a lower cost than anything else I've used.
