Responsibilities:
- recruiting young potentials in marketing & HR (telephone screening, in depth interviews, propose to client, follow-up)

Talent matcher

Coaching and supporting students/alumni during their search for a (first) job. This includes the creation of resume and cover letter, interview techniques and career coaching. We facilitate this during individual or group sessions. We also create tailor made workshops for faculties or student associations. 

Project: Rector for 1 week
This joint project of the VUB and The Adecco Group Belgium is a spin off of the "CEO for One Month" campaign. Master students of the VUB can register online to work alongside the rector during one week.  After completing a selection process including resume, language/reasoning tests and a personal interview, 5 finalist are selected to compete against each other during the final bootcamp. The winner of the final bootcamp will be the rector of the VUB for one week.
