I work with organisations and leaders who know that the way we work is no longer fit for purpose, even if they don’t yet have the language for why.

I build spaces that centre care, courage, and accountability, because most systems were never designed for our wholeness. I don’t approach justice as theory or trend. I live it, teach it, and walk alongside people as they unlearn harm and reimagine how power, leadership, and professionalism can actually work.

As the founder of Hannah Litt Ltd, my work sits at the intersection of leadership, systems change, healing, and justice. I support organisations to move beyond performative inclusion and into meaningful, sustainable transformation. That includes speaking, facilitation, leadership programmes, and long-term strategic work that helps teams navigate complexity around power, identity, culture, and responsibility without fear-based approaches.

I’m known for holding difficult conversations with clarity and care. I create environments where people feel safe enough to tell the truth and supported enough to change. My approach is grounded in lived experience, systems thinking, and a deep understanding of how harm shows up in workplaces, particularly for neurodivergent people and those carrying invisible or marginalised labour.

I don’t do tick-box culture work, surface-level wellbeing, or language designed to make organisations look good without changing anything underneath. I work best with leaders, HR teams, boards, and organisations who are ready to question the status quo, not defend it.

My work includes strategic consulting, Safe Space Sessions for teams and leadership groups, speaking and keynotes rooted in lived experience, leadership programmes such as Power & Purpose, Heartwork Leadership, Rooted Leadership, and Made to Be, as well as self-guided reflection tools designed to support people who want to engage with this work at their own pace and with care.

If you’re looking for quick fixes or comfortable conversations, I may not be the right person. If you’re willing to be honest about what’s not working and brave enough to build something more human, we’ll likely work well together.

This work isn’t performative. It’s personal. And it’s about building something better, rooted in truth, care, and community.
