Led a team of 15 Data Scientists in delivering the 'Next Best Action' project, which implemented AI-powered conversational bots within Salesforce to transform technical support. These RAG-powered bots assist agents by providing data-driven insights from internal databases and guides, enhancing the efficiency of issue diagnosis and resolution. Responsible for strategizing, executing, and launching this end-to-end solution, which generated $15 million in revenue quarterly for Dell. 

Deploy a cutting-edge tech support agent competency scoring system project. The project ranks engineers based on competence; calculated using historical work performances, past dispatch characteristics, and existing set of skills using Python and an unsupervised machine-learning model, resulting in significant business savings of USD 1 million YOY

Successfully enhanced agent competency scoring project by achieving a 10% increase in First Time Fixes (FTF) and a 30% boost in engineers' competence, resulting in improved service quality and technical proficiency. Additionally, it delivered a 3.4% reduction in Repeat Dispatch Rate (RDR), streamlining operational efficiency and lowering service costs

Managed, a team of 7 data scientists in successfully executing the 'Top Trending Insights' project, utilizing state-of-the-art NLP techniques, including Embeddings and FAISS (index search), to enhance customer engagement across XPS, Inspiron, and Latitude segments. This involved generating global trending issues and integrating the system with CRM tools for proactive customer dialogues. The project achieved a notable 15% improvement in accuracy and a tenfold increase in matching speed, significantly boosting operational efficiency

Effectively guided and mentored a team of data scientists and interns, fostering their career advancement and helping secure senior positions and permanent roles within the organization

•	Involved in a Machine Leaning project in Global Command Centre where we are using predictive analytics to predict customer dispatch MISS/ MAKE  SLA.

•	Performed EDA, Data Pre-processing and applied machine learning techniques to predict customer churn using features such as services that customer has signed up for, customer account information and demographic information about the customer. 
•	Ensured that development standards, policies and procedures are adhered to. Effectively managed team members in line with company policy and procedures, including performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback. Hands-on knowledge of reporting and visualization tools

•	Developed a small SQL/PL-SQL utility (Data Scrambling which is the process to obfuscate or remove sensitive customer data such as Credit Card number.)

•	Improved the legacy application migration to Java through effective Code Modularization and reduced defect count by approximately 10%, by developing custom utilities in python also used web scrapping for scrapping webpages.
•	Analyzed the regular billing dataset using tableau and created data visualization to gather insights on customer data over the time period which reduced the effort by 20%.
•	Presented the weekly and monthly reports to the clients and managers. Also, presented the project reports to the higher management.
