Eine Werbeagentur ohne KI? Das war gestern. Bei April5 GmbH sieht man, wie Bild- und Videoproduktion mit den richtigen Tools schneller, konsistenter und sicherer wird.

Was passiert im halbtägigen Workshop:
• Tools vergleichen, nicht nur anschauen: Wir testen die führenden Bild- und Video-KI-Optionen, bewerten Qualität, Kosten und Workflow-Tauglichkeit.
• Prompting, das liefert: Wiederholbare Prompts für Moodboards, Storyboards und Variationen.

Klingt eigentlich paradox?

Ist es aber nicht.

Gerade KI-Unternehmen sehen vor lauter Bäumen den Wald nicht mehr.

Sie entwickeln komplexe Algorithmen, trainieren Modelle und bauen technische Infrastrukturen. Aber die einfachen, administrativen Prozesse im eigenen Unternehmen? Laufen manuell.

Das Problem:
→ Hochspezialisierte Techniker übersehen banale Automatisierungen
→ Jeder nutzt unterschiedliche Tools – Schatten-IT entsteht
→ Das eigene Team hat keinen einheitlichen Wissensstand

Ein KI-Unternehmen, das Embedded-KI entwickelt, verschickt Angebote noch per Copy-Paste.

Ein anderes erstellt Newsletter manuell, obwohl die Technologie dafür längst existiert.

Warum?

Weil technische Tiefe nicht automatisch strategische Breite bedeutet.

Drei Gründe, warum selbst KI-Profis Workshops buchen:
• Perspektivwechsel: Externe Impulse zeigen blinde Flecken auf
• Team-Alignment: Alle auf einen Wissensstand bringen verhindert Wildwuchs
• Quick Wins: Einfache Automatisierungen, die täglich Stunden sparen

Die Ironie: Wer KI verkauft, nutzt sie oft nicht selbst optimal.

𝐈𝐜𝐡 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐆𝐏𝐓 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐭.


Sowohl aus meinem täglichen Workflow, als auch aus meinen Schulungen.

Nicht, weil ChatGPT „schlecht“ wäre – im Gegenteil. Aber weil ich irgendwann gemerkt habe: Ich arbeite mehr für das Tool, als das Tool für mich. Zu viele Workarounds, zu wenig Struktur, zu viel Copy & Paste.

Also habe ich konsequent umgestellt:
Raus aus ChatGPT, rein in Langdock als mein zentrales KI-Cockpit.

Warum?

𝟏. 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐊𝐈-𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐭 𝐧𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐬:
ChatGPT = im Kern ein Anbieter, ein Stack.
Langdock = Zugriff auf über 40 KI-Modelle verschiedener Anbieter.
Ergebnis: Ich wähle das Modell passend zum Use Case – Text, Code, Analyse, Kreativarbeit – statt alles durch dieselbe Engine zu jagen.

𝟐. 𝐄𝐔-𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐳, 𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐡 𝐭𝐮𝐭
Meine Daten, Notizen, Dokumente liegen ungern irgendwo „in der Welt“.
Langdock setzt auf Hosting in der EU und ist klar auf europäische Datenschutzanforderungen ausgerichtet.
Für mich persönlich ein gutes Gefühl: Ich kann ernsthafte Inhalte bearbeiten, ohne jedes Mal innerlich abzuwägen.

𝟑. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐤𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐦 𝐎𝐫𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐭
Was ich früher mit 3–4 Tabs, Copy & Paste und Notizen gelöst habe, geht jetzt in einer Oberfläche:
Persönliche Promptbibliothek (meine besten Prompts, sauber sortiert)
Projektordner mit Dokumenten, die ich gemeinsam mit KI bearbeite
Workflows/Automatisierungen, die wiederkehrende Aufgaben übernehmen
Das fühlt sich weniger nach „Chatbot“ und mehr nach „Arbeitsumgebung“ an.

𝟒. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐬: 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐡 𝐤𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐡𝐫 𝐟ü𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐆𝐏𝐓
Privat: Der Preisunterschied ist minimal – beide bewegen sich in ähnlichen Regionen.
Business: Langdock ist sogar ca. 5 € günstiger pro Nutzer und Monat als ChatGPT Business.
Wenn der Preis fast gleich ist, bleibt die Frage: Wo bekomme ich mehr Struktur, Flexibilität und Kontrolle für mein Geld?

𝐌𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬ö𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐭:
ChatGPT ist ein starkes Werkzeug – aber als Basis für meinen gesamten KI-Workflow reicht mir „nur Chat“ nicht mehr.
Langdock ist für mich die bessere Schaltzentrale: Multi-Model, EU-gehostet, workflow-orientiert und preislich absolut konkurrenzfähig.

Wer heute noch mit einem einzigen KI-Tool im Browser-Tab arbeitet, nutzt nur einen Bruchteil des Potenzials.
Langdock ist für mich die logische Weiterentwicklung: weg vom Spielzeug-Chat, hin zur echten KI-Arbeitsumgebung.

𝐖𝐢𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐫𝐳𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐆𝐏𝐓? 😅

Ich selbst nutze ChatGPT gar nicht mehr. Meine Tochter schon. Ich habe ihr einfach meinen Login gegeben - denn bisher hatte sie nur den kostenlosen Account genutzt. Aber über Ihr Feedback musste ich schmunzeln.

Und wisst ihr, was das Schönste daran ist?

Sie kommuniziert mit der KI komplett anders als ich. Freundschaftlich, emotional, als wäre ChatGPT ihr bester Freund. Ich war eher der „Gib mir schnell und pragmatisch eine Antwort"-Typ.

Beide Wege funktionieren. Beide bringen Ergebnisse.

Das ist das Faszinierende an KI: Jeder findet seinen eigenen Weg damit zu arbeiten. Es gibt kein richtig oder falsch. Nur das, was für einen selbst passt.

Formal, kumpelhaft, strukturiert oder chaotisch – solange es für euch funktioniert, ist nichts falsch daran. Und genau das macht die Technologie so wertvoll – sie passt sich an uns an, nicht umgekehrt.

Meine Tochter hat ihren Weg gefunden.

Entwickler können sich digitale Abzeichen verdienen. Für das Nutzen von Browser-Tools.

Die Frage dahinter: Was motiviert wirklich?

Echte Entwickler lernen, weil sie Probleme lösen wollen. Nicht für ein Badge im Profil. Die Gamification-Strategie mag bei manchen funktionieren – aber sie lenkt vom Wesentlichen ab.

Kompetenz zeigt sich im Code, nicht in der Badge-Sammlung.

Vielleicht ist es Zeit, sich zu fragen: Braucht es wirklich externe Belohnungssysteme, um sich weiterzubilden? Oder reicht die Freude am Handwerk?

After leaving CSC, I was offered a short-term role at Linfox to help their IT group transition from an outsourced to Insourced model.  My main task was to recruit 30 new Infrastructure engineers and was my first experience as a recruiter. 

Seeing an opportunity to combine actual IT experience and workforce design with recruitment, I took the plunge and started my own business. 

Over time this has grown to offer not just recruitment but also training in job search skills, personal and company branding as well as consulting in Data Analytics.

Director

Building on the work I had done in the Workforce Management role, I moved into a new role as a Business Intelligence lead, working directly with the President of CSC Australian and the senior management team. 

My main task was to bring together Financial, HR, and Operational data to create a clear view of issues facing the business as well as opportunities

My Achievements:

Led a global team to develop a suite of metrics to monitor labour productivity from a global/regional level down to team/account level. Implemented a successful pilot in Australia.

Delivered $21m per annum in cost savings by implementing an offshoring program that used data to identify hotspots of opportunity in the business to offshore roles and redeploy the Australian based staff.

Delivered $5m per annum by implementing a recovery program to claw back revenue leakage through incorrectly coded timesheets.

Identified $42m of combined cost savings and revenue increase by modeling the impact of high-value staff working on low-value BAU work.  I then developed a recovery program with ongoing monitoring/reporting.

Business Intelligence Lead

Initially, I was part of the rollout of the workforce planning initiative and then selected to lead the team put in place to drive the development and implementation of a coordinated Workforce Management strategy and offshoring program.

Subsequently, this program was rolled out to CSC globally using the processes and strategies developed by the Australian team.

My Achievements:

Implementation of a streamlined off-shoring programme. 

Development of the strategic workforce planning model. The program developed was picked up by CSC Global in 2010 for implementation worldwide.

Implementation of a Redeployment Programme realising cost savings of $1.2 mil per annum.

National Workforce Management Lead

As the Manager of the Southern Region Network team, I was responsible for the delivery of all services; operational, engineering and consulting, to our clients. This included full responsibility and accountability for the financial performance of the individual Southern Region accounts with total revenue of $15 Million per annum.

In addition to the management role, I was also The CSC Network Account Champion for BHP Globally.  This meant I was a management escalation point for critical network issues across the hundreds of sites BHP had worldwide.

Network Engineering Manager - Southern Region 

Managing a great team of 10 Network Engineers, I was responsible for the day-to-day operational network support for all the business units of BHP based in Melbourne.
When CSC took over BHP IT, my team were tasked with integrating the BHP and CSC networks, so CSC could provide services from day one of the contract.
