-	Led all operational and supply chain due diligence in three major acquisitions with multi-hundred $ millions of value.
-	Built full Business Continuity Plans- Zero stoppage during Corona-. Zero out of stock situations for all top 10 SKUs around the world
-	Enabled and engaged, 50+ nationalities diversified and inclusive workforce around the world including split by gender, by employment category, job creation, new graduates etc.… with high equality.

-	Established & implemented many global waste/water/air/noise/ management and disposal policies, i.e., Installation of advanced -odor systems and water refineries in all its manufacturing plants to manage.
