I’m a digital health founder who came into healthcare without a medical degree and without being technical.

That constraint has shaped how I think.

If I don’t understand something, I can’t hide behind jargon.
If a workflow doesn’t make sense, it usually means it’s broken.
If patients or clinicians are confused, the system failed, not them.

I focus on first principles:
shorter time-to-care, clearer results, fewer steps, and less unnecessary work for clinicians.

My work sits at the intersection of:

digital health strategy and operating models

patient and clinician experience

async-first care design

growth models where better business incentives lead to better care

I’m particularly interested in how distribution, workflow design, and automation can expand access without burning out clinicians or increasing risk.
