For more than 16 years, my work has centered on one mission: helping professionals communicate with clarity, connect with confidence, and lead with presence. 

I began my journey with a deep interest in psychology and human behavior, and over time built a leadership ecosystem that empowers individuals to rise in their careers through stronger communication intelligence and inner awareness. 

My background includes a Doctorate in Psychotherapy & Counseling, certification from the American Psychological Association, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming training to help in establishing the foundations that guide the science-based, practical approach I use with leaders today.

I work with senior and mid-level professionals who want more than technical success and are looking to be the influence, respect, and a voice that is recognized in high-stakes environments. Through my signature Zenith Communication Intelligence framework, I help them move past hesitation and into confident leadership by strengthening presence, decision-making clarity, and interpersonal dynamics. 

My work combines emotional intelligence, psychology, and real-world leadership behavior, enabling clients to not only speak well but to lead with intention and authenticity.

My career highlights include:

 • Building the Zenith School of Leadership which is rooted in the 5 Inner Intelligence Framework with a vision to help professionals elevate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and influence.
