My new years resolution was to become more healthy and fit. I 21 Day Fix and lost 7 lbs and saw increased muscle tone. Being accountable to my peers and my inclusion in an accountability group helped motivate me to keep pushing forward each day.

With the release of 22 Minutes Hard Corps, I realized this was my next program. As I have a passion for mentoring it only made sense that I become a coach to mentor others to be successful like I have been.
