I work in the multi-skill team within reservations department assisting both sales and support functions. 

My main responsibilities are:
- Dealing with customer enquiries in relation to existing and new bookings over the phone, email and live chat.
- Processing late bookings: contacting ground agents to check availability, liaising with product team and customers to confirm bookings. 
- Advising customers on suitable options for tours, flights and any additional requirements, such as tour extensions or extra accommodation pre or post tour.

- Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
- Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in clients’ circumstances and/or preferences.

Value Ambassador Programme development
- I was given the responsibility to run our recognition programme: Value Ambassador Awards (VAA). The programme was not well known, had low participation and limited access.
- I have re-developed the programme – using online form with access for everyone globally, developing communications around it and regular reminders to encourage participation.
- The programme has received positive feedback from Global Leadership team and participation has increased by 75%.

HR Operations Specialist

The key purpose of the role is to support the TA Team with organisational and administrative tasks, managing diaries, meeting rooms, interviews, customer meetings and some other HR to Business interactions.
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Support TA in delivering a timely, efficient and well-managed hiring process.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and other globally distributed stakeholders to lead interview and assessment scheduling, such as coordinating diaries, travel arrangements, etc.
- Manage job posting and branding, ensuring alignment between social media, SABMiller Careers, Taleo, Avature and other recruitment software
- Gather metrics and prepare activity reports of TA activity for weekly and monthly meetings and distribution
- Collect candidate feedback and ensure positive candidate experience during the hiring process
- Maintain confidentiality of data and ensure compliance with Data Protection

Implementation of the new CRM system
 - We were using a limiting CRM system and my manager has decided to change it. I was given responsibility to lead the project.
 - I have successfully led a project, from project planning to implementation.
 - I have planned the changes for the project as well as contributed to design of our new careers page (job posting site) – provided content and materials.
 - I have designed the workflows for hiring as well as setting up various templates in the system to use. I have trained my colleagues on how to use the system.
 - I have received positive feedback from my manager and my colleagues as well as Global leadership for improved CRM system.
