As a Territory Manager working for this medical device company dedicated to challenging the 	status quo, I worked closely across several disciplinary departments within hospitals and ASCs to build the acute pain management program to combat the high usage of opioids across multiple surgical specialties. 

Here, I sold the value proposition of using an ON-Q local anesthetic delivery pump with an 	indwelling catheter to manage pain post-op. My core strategy entailed initiating multi-disciplinary meetings involving surgeon champions, C-suite, pharmacy directors, and anesthesiologists. This role involved supporting cases in OB-GYN, spine, trauma, and orthopedics. I integrated newly acquired products from company acquisition into the acute pain portfolio with new and existing customers.

WHY I’m Here-
I was 19 years old when I sustained a severe foot and ankle injury that required multiple surgeries and left me feeling hopeless. However, this experience led me to discover my passion for healthcare. My care team, including my surgeons, physician assistants, physical therapists, and nursing staff, was exceptional and inspired me to be a part of the patient journey to positively impact lives. After almost a decade serving in orthopedics, my goal is to use my experience and knowledge to bring health equity and improve outcomes for patients through a unified digital strategy in the healthcare industry.
