As the delegate, I was the main channel of communication between professors, the faculty, and my peers. Achievements

I transformed this small student society into a renowned entity with a significant impact on university life. Through the constant innovation on the mentoring, recruiting, and promotion methods, as well as with my delegating leadership style and my team-building skills, I managed to appeal to a more diverse student body and to motivate them to bring the society and their debating styles to the next level.

In order to enlarge the society and bring the debating experience to as many fellow students as possible, we created a training program that we implemented in some institutions in the Barcelona area. I worked as a workshop instructor at:
- The Santa Clara International School. Instructed high schoolers on BP style debating during February and March 2019.
- EAE Business School during March and October 2019
- UPF, to novices in the Barcelona Debating Society as the main instructor of the English and Spanish masterclasses

After exhaustive selection and peer-to-peer collaboration we invested with real money on the stock market, and monitored those companies while at the same time creating more opportunities.
