For those who do not know me, I am an extremely competitive person.

First it was sports.
By age 16 I had spent the previous 10 years training 40h weeks. I competed internationally in two sports and run Ironmans for fun.

Then it was studies.
I always hated school, but my sister was the "brains" of the family and I hated ranking below her. So I ended up top 0.1% all my life.

Now it is business.

And last week my sales team said: "This LinkedIn thing seems to work, why don’t we all start posting?" 

My first thought... no chance.

BUT then they used the magic words:

"Let's compete and see who gets more traction"

So here we are now.

What LLM speaks the best Catalan?
We finally have the answer.

🎖️ OpenAI03 is leading with a Catalan grammar accuracy of 0.997, it is basically native.

Why does this matter?

Because these micro-optimizations are what take your AI Agent from “meh…” to “holy sh*t, this feels like a real human.”

And for us, it reflects one of my favorite parts of our culture at Konvo: going beyond what’s expected.

Yesterday, our CSMs flagged that some customers felt their AI Agents didn’t sound as strong in certain languages.

So Gerard dug in, built a full benchmark across models and now we know:

👉 OpenAI03 is the top model for Catalan.

A few weeks ago we went to the eShow.
Today someone got XMas early... 🎅

And the team exploded.

Everyone worked super hard all day.
Booked 53 qualified demos in 36h. 
And we've closed >20% already. 

But Ignasi took it to a different level...  

He booked 20 demos 🤯

He snuck into talks to scout leads.
Went to other booths to "steal" prospects.
He even booked 2 at the Shopify party at 3am.

But here's the thing.
He just changed his iPhone. 
But he does love motorbikes.

Achievements

I transformed this small student society into a renowned entity with a significant impact on university life. Through the constant innovation on the mentoring, recruiting, and promotion methods, as well as with my delegating leadership style and my team-building skills, I managed to appeal to a more diverse student body and to motivate them to bring the society and their debating styles to the next level.

In order to enlarge the society and bring the debating experience to as many fellow students as possible, we created a training program that we implemented in some institutions in the Barcelona area. I worked as a workshop instructor at:
