Acquisition is becoming more expensive and retargeting is less effective. The ( CAC : LTV ) conversation needs to shift accordingly. 

The only way to keep a healthy growth as you pour money into CAC is to increase LTV.

Introducing Konvo's new website!

We built our last website when our value proposition was focused on WhatsApp marketing + support in one place.

But in the last few months Konvo has transformed. 

Today we are a complete AI Platform for eCom:

→ Working 24/7, across every channel

And the website needed to represent this.

So we started to work on a new version and after an intense one month push with Habib and Marta, I can finally say it... it looks awesome!

1/ Very interactive across all sections to bring to life what does Konvo do and how can we help you succeed.

2/ We are building the best product by far, so we are putting it front and center. You can now see exactly how it works for yourself.

3/ Making customers happy is what we work so hard for, so bringing fresh customer stories that showcase their success is now key.

It is still growing, and we have plans to make it better at explaining what we do and how we can help you.

But it is a big step in the right direction.

I was sitting at my desk, staring out of the window.I had just come off another call with a lead. On paper, it was a good conversation. They were interested, engaged, and asking sensible questions.And yet the same thought hit me again... Why is this so hard?Not the work itself.
