Les grandes fortunes bougent. Et ce n’est plus marginal.

Le Billionaire Ambitions Report 2025 d’UBS met des chiffres sur une tendance qui s’accélère.

36% des milliardaires interrogés ont déjà déménagé au moins une fois.
9% envisagent de le faire.

Ce qui frappe surtout : les plus jeunes bougent davantage.

Les 3 moteurs principaux sont très clairs :
1. Meilleure qualité de vie (36%)
2. Préoccupations géopolitiques (36%)
3. Organisation fiscale plus efficace (35%)

UBS observe aussi une attraction croissante de richesse dans certains hubs internationaux :

Émirats arabes unis.
Singapour.
Suisse.
Royaume-Uni.
États-Unis.

Autre signal fort : la “grande transmission” s’accélère.
UBS estime qu’au moins 5,9 trillions USD seront hérités dans les 15 prochaines années.
Et la France figure parmi les marchés clés en Europe.

Côté Émirats 🇦🇪 :
UBS observe une hausse de la richesse des milliardaires aux UAE à 168,7 milliards USD (+21,6%).

La vraie question n’est pas seulement “où s’installer ?”
C’est : comment structurer famille, gouvernance et patrimoine dans un monde multi-juridictionnel.
