I was Founder and Managing Partner of Something Massive, a strategy-led agency and digital content studio.
I acted as both Managing Partner and Head of Strategy overseeing everything from planning to production to P&L. 
Agency clients include: Campbell Soup Company, Danone, Sony Pictures, Regal Entertainment Group, American Express, Medtronic, SC Johnson, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, a2 Milk, Singapore Airlines, Mastercard, and Red Bull.

WHITTMANHART Interactive

When Los Angeles based DNA Studio was acquired by WhittmanHart, I stayed on as General Manager and moved east to open and staff the company's first New York City outpost. 
In my role as General Manager, I interfaced with all 10 offices leading client development, team building and process improvements. 
Shortly after the merger, the combined agencies hit $60 Million in billings, and became the second largest independent interactive agency in the United States.
Clients included: Pepsi, Harley -Davidson, Black & Decker, Toyota and Sony Pictures.

DNA Studio

I joined DNA Studio as Director of Marketing shortly after college, and worked my way up to become President of this early Interactive Advertising agency. Throughout my tenure, I played a key role in helping to land and launch hundreds of entertainment property websites. 

Success in developing the Harry Potter franchise, the American Pie franchise, The Mummy franchise and more, led the agency to become a Top 50 Ad Age Interactive Agency in 2005. 
After much success in entertainment, I helped form relationships in new client verticals scoring big wins with brands like Coca-Cola, Best Buy, Toyota and Anheuser-Busch and more. 
We became well known for our deeply immersive websites and innovative online marketing campaigns. DNA Studio was sold to WhittmanHart in 2006.

As the President of Narrative, I have overseen some of the most celebrated culture-driven campaigns of the decade, including McDonald’s ground-breaking Famous Orders work and Universal Pictures’ records-breaking Minions 2 launch. Having recently taken the helm as US CEO of We Are Social (the world’s largest / most awarded social agency) I’m thrilled to be merging the earned-led thinking at Narrative with the socially-led creative approach of We Are Social to bring even bigger, bolder, buzzy ideas to market.
