Meanwhile, you're stuck with:

• Refund requests from people who "didn't have time"

I like to use this restaurant analogy:

Michelin-starred restaurants don't compete on price.

Charge like a McDonald's?

A lot of this comes down to you.

You cannot charge beaucoup right out of the box.

The responsibility is on you to hone:

But once you do

• Focused on premium results for fewer people
• Positioned himself as the obvious expert choice

He became a premium authority.

So he attracted premium clients.

This isn't just pricing psychology.

It's identity physics. 

(I'm going to trademark that...)

When you compete on price:

• You think like a commodity
• You feel like you're "lucky to get clients"
• You deliver whatever keeps people from complaining

You become lower value.

When you charge premium prices:

• You think like an expert
• You feel confident in your worth
• You deliver results that justify the investment

You become higher value.

The market is just a mirror.

It reflects exactly who you are.

Most solo creators are stuck in the value-proving trap:

"I'll charge more once I prove I'm worth it."

But that's backwards.

Charge more first.

Then become worth it.

Your prices force your identity upgrade:

• At $500, you can afford to be casual
• At $5,000, you must be exceptional

The price creates the pressure.
The pressure creates the growth.
The growth attracts better clients.

Stop racing to the bottom.
Start climbing to the top.

Raise your prices.
Raise your identity.
Raise your standards.

Because you don't attract what you want.

You attract what you are.

The advice that nearly destroyed my business:

"Diversify your revenue streams."

Sounds smart, right?

It's actually the fastest way to stay broke.

Here's what I learned building my first $10K month...

Simplicity wins:

1. Master one skill
2. Solve one problem
3. Serve one audience

But here's the part everyone misses:

You need multiple ENTRY POINTS, not multiple OFFERS.

There's a massive difference.

Multiple offers = serving different people with different problems.

Multiple entry points = serving the SAME person at different commitment levels.

Let me explain with my own journey:

Two years ago, I was the "diversified" creator:

• LinkedIn course ($197)
• Email templates ($47)
• 1:1 coaching ($200/hour)
• Group mastermind ($497/month)

Four different audiences.
Four different transformations.
Four different marketing messages.

I was exhausted. Confused. And barely profitable.

Today, I have ONE offer with three entry points:

• Done-with-you one-on-one: $$$$

Same transformation:
