HIX is a public SaaS B2B2C consumer marketplace that facilitates Medicaid/QHP eligibility and enrollment for millions of low-income individuals. I was promoted to Group PM role with the additional responsibility of managing a team of PMs and leading squads of engineers, data analysts, and designers. WEM is a SaaS B2B integration product for health insurance carriers to help them connect to the state/federal health insurance exchanges. I built this product from ground up (0-1), scaled it to multimillion ARR business, and led the product market fit expansion. I was promoted to Product Manager role with the additional responsibility of managing a team of associate product managers (APMs). I led squads of APMs, engineers, designers, data engineers for Enrollment, Payment, & Group modules. I was responsible for building & executing product strategy, experimentation, roadmapping, feature development & launch.

Responsible for Business Analysis of CVS Caremark’s Pharmacy Benefit Management Claim Adjudication platforms consolidation project. 
- Assisted client (CVS Caremark) save $15M-$20M in operating costs by conducting a gap analysis and developing user stories to migrate enrollment data of a legacy PBM system to a strategic system.
- Coordinated the User Acceptance Test and approved Test Plans formulated out of the BRD. 
- Trained New Joiners and Technical Professionals on PBM and Healthcare domain knowledge.

Business Analyst

Responsible for Business analysis of the Credit Card Technology Product ‘TS2’ to gain expertise in the implementation of new features.

-Implemented the product for clients (small banks) by gathering & documenting customization requirements.
-Prepared documentation needed to support the SDLC.
-Conducted product trainings.

Tech Mahindra

Responsible for defining, analyzing, and communicating key business process requirements and trends for British Telecom.
- Analysed existing business process & conducted gap analysis, use case modelling- Rich Picture, Mind Map, Fishbone, Swimlane (As-Is & To-Be), Mock-ups, business & functional requirement documentation (BRD/FRD/RTM), user training.
- Made recommendations for changes in functions and processes.
- Coordinated with development, delivery, and test teams to ensure requirements are well captured and delivered.
- Provided post launch support & participated in Benefit Realization activities.
- Implemented six sigma best practices to achieve cost savings for the tech Mahindra BPO operations resulting in a saving of $1M.
