But, I wasn’t like this always. I ground myself to a nub for nearly 9 years and in 2019 I closed a business, I didn’t exit, I closed it. I failed.

- Directed operation of excavators, dump trucks and other heavy machinery.

Max is an Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in various engineering and construction roles, focusing on industrial EPCM environments. He has been responsible for project management and design of a wide range of electrical and control systems projects across many industries including: hydro power, mining, marine, and water conveyance. He also has a wide range of experience with power distribution, backup power systems, motor control, lighting design, instrumentation, specifications, shop tests, site supervision, progress monitoring and commissioning. He has managed multidisciplined and electrical specific project teams. He has been responsible for many teams that successfully brought projects to completion throughout the entire life cycle from concept through construction. He has excellent communication skills and works closely with clients to determine their requirements and then to meet or exceed their expectations.
