Huge room for expansion

A proper engineering city.

$50M+ raised from Tier 1 investors, which is great, but thats not the story.

A killer sales team is useless without a best-in-class product.
A great product stalls without a world-class sales team.
And none of it scales without phenomenal marketing to articulate the story and create demand.

You don’t get to pick one.
You don’t even get to pick two.

Sales. Product. Marketing. 
All three. At the same time. At a high bar.

That’s what struck me most this week.

Cloudsmith has all three and they genuinely reinforce each other.

Incredibly proud to be building with this team.

I hate it when people start a new job, tell you how amazing the company is, and then say they’re hiring.


So I won’t do that.

I won’t talk about:

The seven-figure deals
A mind-blowingly good product
The eight-person SDR team supporting sales
An amazing marketing team driving real demand
