I’m there tell you to stop only "supporting" each other 
and start putting skin in the game. 

Say her name in a room she isn’t in. 
Give her the social capital to get the seat. 
That's how we move the needle in this industry. 
Period.

When I’m not on that stage, I’ll be in the Make Meetings. 
No selfies, no LinkedIn posts, no podcast episodes or “Hot takes” (gross.)
Only high level professionalism between OEMs and their dealer body.

Is the BEV sector going through a though time in the US? Yes, without a doubt. 

But the “EV slowdown” is NOT a collapse.

There are some real issues to solve for mass adoption for sure.

EVs remain more expensive on average because most sales are in higher-end segments. However, battery costs continue to fall, enabling cheaper models.

US buyers expect ~300 miles of range for peace of mind, so excellent vehicles below this range will likely not sell. 

Full-size electric pickups (regardless of the brand) have largely failed due to high cost, limited range, and poor towing efficiency.

Home/work charging remains the ideal for most consumers. However, public charging networks are improving but still inconsistent.

The biggest headwind in the US?

EVs have become politically polarized. Tesla's CEO political behavior has alienated many buyers.

With federal incentives gone, analysts disagree on the pace of adoption, but most expect continued growth.

Why?

Consumer interest remains strong even after incentives ended.

And as more affordable models and better charging is available, more consumers will find a BEV as their 1st choice. 

I love to drive my Alfa Romeo Giulia, but having been in the Automotive industry for almost 3 decades I do recognize its future is electric.
