and start putting skin in the game.

That's how we move the needle in this industry. 
Period.

When I’m not on that stage, I’ll be in the Make Meetings. 
No selfies, no LinkedIn posts, no podcast episodes or “Hot takes” (gross.)
Only high level professionalism between OEMs and their dealer body.

I have three lives that define who I am to the world around me. The first is as a father and husband looking to be a Christ like example to them by loving them and doing everything I can for them. The second is as a consultant and coach for dealerships that raise their hands and want to be a automotive dealership that transitions into the entire ecosystem of digital retail in function and process and not just in theory. The third, I am a PhD candidate currently researching the impact of Digital Retail tools improperly explained, installed and support at dealerships across North America. This education I believe will give me keen insights into what real dealerships are struggling with and why Digital Retail has been a failed term in our amazing industry and what actions and behaviors must occur to fix this from a flawed concept and turn it into a powerful and organized strategy for success.
