and start putting skin in the game.

That's how we move the needle in this industry. 
Period.

When I’m not on that stage, I’ll be in the Make Meetings. 
No selfies, no LinkedIn posts, no podcast episodes or “Hot takes” (gross.)
Only high level professionalism between OEMs and their dealer body.

& to see firsthand how our industry is navigating the road ahead.

We treat changing your mind like a sign of weakness or lack of conviction. 

It’s just learning. 

If I’m the same person with the same opinions I had 3 years ago…
Then I haven’t grown.

The market moved. 
The customer changed.
