•	Owning growth by managing cross-functional majority climate-related innovation and sustainable programs and products across the global marketing, product management, and sales. Leads innovation, portfolio, and go-to-market excellence while commercializing offerings in support of the $13B Global Products business.
•	Compelling business transformation and growth across the fire, security, and HVAC/R industries. Launched the strategy and execution for enterprise process informing business planning, and go-to-market activities. Sponsored and led the development of product information management platform driving efficiency and speed to market while enabling customer-focused digital experiences throughout the value chain.
•	Recognized for leadership in the identification of innovation opportunities, prioritization model, and tracking architecture across multiple businesses. Engaging with global teams hosting events, delivering video content, and consistent messaging. Mentoring and sponsoring employee ideation challenges and development programs.

Director of New Product Launch, Commercial, Global Products

•	Led the evolution and revitalization of the enterprise business resource group networks. Developed and implemented a framework and strategy to maximize employee engagement, business impact, and develop high-potential talent as a pipeline for future leadership roles in the organization.
•	Connecting employees across nine networks and three regions, the movement grew to represent 10% of the eligible employee population focused on exhibiting the competencies and values emergent from an organization focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
•	Hosted enterprise-wide events to encourage greater engagement and encourage more visibility to the work done by the volunteer business resource group networks.

Global Leader, Business Resource Groups, Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

•	Recognized with a company Merit Award, enabled new customer acquisition, channel partner growth, and organizational alignment through the ideation, development, and management of the channel marketing strategy, programs, and administration supporting the $1.3B residential and light commercial heating and cooling business.  
•	With an operating budget of over $10M and a team of 25 contract and direct team members, developed and implemented a comprehensive portfolio of affinity, growth, and sales enablement programs that supported the success of a network of over seven thousand contractors, three hundred distributor locations, and company growth.
•	In support of the connection between consumers, end users, and our value chain, spearheaded the strategy to drive the digital transformation across the contractor network through the implementation of the dealer website and lead generation program while also developing a contractor engagement portal and digital asset management platform.

Senior Manager, Channel Marketing, Global Ducted Systems

•	Managed the portfolio and brand position in the market by developing and executing an end to end go-to-market strategy. Delivered an impactful product launch, seasonal, and promotional campaign strategy for the $600M residential portfolio.
•	Recognized with a company Merit Award, launched over a dozen product offerings in a highly regulated and complex marketplace connecting our products to consumers and contractors ready to activate. Launch campaigns included involvement from the channel, paid and earned media, and a collaboration with sales teams for conversion.

Portfolio Marketing Manager, Residential Products, Global Ducted Systems

•	Recognized with a company Chairman’s Award, led a number of key strategic initiatives for the $1B residential and light commercial heating and cooling business. This includes spearheading the business’ reputation management strategy, customer satisfaction program, research initiatives, and renewal of the contractor success programs.
•	Established industry, technology, and media relationships to support the acquisition and growth of high-value channel partners across seven brands. Maximized channel opportunities through the development of a consumer financing program, lead generation opportunities with online marketplaces, and growth incentive strategy.
•	In partnership with the channel partners and contractors, initiated and led a sponsorship with Building Homes for Heroes—a charity committed to recognizing the tremendous sacrifices of America’s veterans. Through this work, supported the recognition of over one hundred Veterans who benefitted from the latest heating and cooling innovations from our business.

Brand Manager, Marketing Program Development and Research, Unitary Products Group

•	Focused on developing the next generation of leaders, exploring the practical application and role of communicators in a diverse global marketplace while evaluating current events, ethical implications of messaging, business decisions, strategy development, and tactical execution.
•	Facilitating course content accessibility by incorporating innovative technology and grounding it in a business leadership context for live sessions, asynchronous work, and evaluations.

Adjunct Professor, Strategic Communication, Diederich College of Communication

Marketstar

•	Introduced the Google Chrome operating system, Chromebook and Nexus smartphone to the market as a function of the supporting marketing agency. Established recognition for these innovations in Big Box retail throughout the country. Engaged in recruiting, training, and developing three thousand specialists who delivered in-market experiential activations.
•	Managed a team of geographically disperse specialists and peer Market Managers across the Central Region of the United States. Delivered coaching and support via in-person training and virtual delivery. Accountable for the Wisconsin Market, which became one of the top performing markets for sales throughout the campaign.

Senior Market Manager, Google Chrome

BDS Marketing

•	On behalf of the client, Motorola Mobility, establishing relationships and developing opportunities for new innovations launching in Northern Illinois and Wisconsin. Ideation, training, and execution of strategy for promotional activity to increase client and channel partner sales while evangelizing in-market brand champions. 
•	Introduced a novel fitness innovation throughout the United States by activating events at gyms, marathons, sporting events, trade shows, and employee health presentations. Functionally served as influencing brand champion, market research and reporting, client service contact, and traveling event delivery presence.

•	From a high-volume location, developed and led a team of 40 accountable for sales, technical support, and customer satisfaction. Enhanced profitability and performance of the location by conducting upsell and product mix strategy. 
•	Recognized as part of the 100% club for consistent delivery of brand experience and customer experience survey performance. While supporting both consumer and business customers, the store was elevated to the Top 50 in 18 months.

Jinx's Parade of Nations Fashion Show the room with color, pride, and expression that spoke to the richness of the diverse cultures we all showed up to celebrate. It was a night that honored where we come from and celebrated who we are becoming as a Southeastern Wisconsin community.
