What started as a fun side hustle crafting small batch, soft and delicious cookies, became a fun and exciting business that quickly outgrew our home kitchen.

In 2022, we moved our operation out of our home and into our very own production facility in Tigard, Oregon.

We use quality ingredients from companies known for their ethical treatment of animals and a commitment to sustainability, like Ghirardelli & Bob's Red Mill.

We offer nationwide shipping, DoorDash delivery, and pickup.

After the sale, I transitioned to an advisor role, guiding the new owner through industry challenges, including navigating the impact of COVID-19. We achieved new revenue records during this period through strategic recruiting and business development.

I built my reputation and career as a professional recruiter serving the Western Washington-Seattle and Puget Sound marketplace in this position.  Elevated to leadership as one of the youngest leaders in the company history based on recruiting/sales success, work habits and leadership style.  By year 3 in my career, I was responsible for overseeing 300+ permanent staffing assignments yearly and did so for the next 10+ years.  I developed, authored, implemented and led training sessions for our staff that resulted in significant revenue gains.  My responsibilities included carrying full responsibility for hiring, training and leading a team of recruiters/sales professionals.  It is at this point my deep interest in the impact of well designed and implemented onboarding systems started to develop.  

Sales-Responsibilities.  Consistently employed high volume/metric, day to day outbound sales efforts in B2B setting.  Identifying, prospecting, qualifying and closing business with companies looking to hire talent.   Developed, coached and oversaw a team doing this same work on an individual contributor basis.  

Single-handedly developed and implemented a turn-around plan post the 9-11 events that rocked our nation.  Successfully returned my department to previous revenue levels within 6 months, well ahead of other inter company departments.   This success led to a company wide roll out of these processes and techniques I'd developed.
