I said yes to something...

Leaders don't need to be liked

One action gave her more respect
Than any promotion ever did.

Respect has nothing to do with other people.

For years, she thought respect came from results.

Blind to her own potential
Something was lying to her...

She almost rejected the opportunity

My biggest growth happened in silence 
Long before anyone knew what I was doing.

The truth?

* Responsible for managing the relationship between Industrial Chain BU and the suppliers located in Low Cost Regions (LCR). 
* Responsible for Strategy Development & Strategy Deployment for Low Cost Region suppliers. This is done in coordination with the materials and planning group, assuring we align the strategic and the tactical activities within the supply chain group.
* Developed, negotiated and implemented multi-million dollar commercial agreements with all the key LCR suppliers. These agreements were negotiated on behalf of all Rexnord sites and divisions that purchase from the same supplier.  
* Developed and implemented Strategic Sourcing processes in the division while ensuring their application was aligned with corporate guidelines. 
* Assisted other Rexnord divisions in Low Cost Region sourcing. The main focus has been in developing suppliers in Mexico & India for machined parts, gears and fabrications.
