→ Name the fear beneath the behaviour

S = Shift (10 minutes)
"What would you do differently if this fear wasn't running the show?"

→ Future self thinking
→ Concrete next steps

E = Execute (3 minutes)
"What's your commitment in 24 hours?"

→ Their words, not mine
→ One measurable action

R = Return (2 minutes)
"How will we know this worked next session?"

→ Evidence-based check-in
→ Accountability built in

Total: 30 minutes. No wandering.

"I need to set one boundary with my boss."

That was it.

90 minutes of complexity reduced to one clear next step.
