I said yes to something...

Leaders don't need to be liked

One action gave her more respect
Than any promotion ever did.

Respect has nothing to do with other people.

For years, she thought respect came from results.

Blind to her own potential
Something was lying to her...

She almost rejected the opportunity

My biggest growth happened in silence 
Long before anyone knew what I was doing.

The truth?

- {ادْفَعْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ} (فصلت: 34).

📜 وفي الحديث الشريف قال ﷺ:
- (تبسمك في وجه أخيك صدقة) : أخرجه الترمذي وصححه الألباني رحمه الله.

- (يسروا ولا تعسروا، وبشروا ولا تنفروا) : أخرجه أبو داوود وصححه الألباني رحمه الله.
 



📑 من هذا المنطلق الشرعي الراقي،
- تُعدّ الفكاهة التنظيمية (Organizational Humor) امتدادًا لسلوك نبوي راقٍ يقوم على اللين، التيسير، وإدارة العلاقات بروح إنسانية.
 

- إنها ليست خفة في الموقف، ولكن حكمة في التوقيت،
وليست تقليلًا من الجدية، إنما إتقان لفن التوازن القيادي بين الحزم والرحمة.
