Our Goals:

- Educate and inform the public about the efficacy of psychedelic-assisted therapy through workshops, speaker engagements, public presentations and marketing.

- Fundraising to provide a pool of funds to be divided as 80% toward financial cost of psychedelic-assisted therapy to individuals, and 20% to be provided to therapists seeking assistance with training that facilitates psychedelic-assisted therapy. Types of training include but are not limited to; Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Somatic-Informed Therapy models, Trauma-Informed Therapy models.

 - Provide a Southeast hub to assist psychedelic assisted therapists and practitioners with a network for consultation, staffing, and partnership.

 - Legislative watch of states in the Southeast region and active participation in the formation of supportive legislation.

Led highly complex upgrade project to replace legacy React 16 codebase to React 17, completing 1 month early. Provided strategic direction to engineering teams to ensure efficient update of 10s of thousands of lines of code, and ensured consistent team commitment to project through impactful influence and leadership.
Increased code test coverage by 19% by adding processes to automatically decline code that reduced test coverage.

Hi, I’m Jeff.

Dynamic Revenue Leader | Investor | Systems Thinker | Helping Companies Achieve Breakthrough Performance with TOC and Deming Principles

How did I do it? By applying the principles of systems thinking and the theory of constraints, inspired by the works of W. Edwards Deming and Eli Goldratt.

My mission and passion is to update the body of knowledge for revenue leaders, and to help them achieve their goals faster and easier. I believe that the traditional methods and best practices are outdated and ineffective.

Instead, I advocate for a logical systems-based approach that focuses on identifying and leveraging the constraints and opportunities in the system, and creating a culture of continuous improvement and learning.  A system where all managers lead with a principles first approach as opposed to a copy/paste of tools and best practices.

Some of the insights and best practices I have learned or developed include:

Application of throughput accounting to replace the outdated and failed cost economics approach to measure and improve the profitability and productivity of the revenue system.  

Understanding the five focusing steps of TOC to identify and manage the bottleneck in the revenue system, and to increase the throughput and flow of the system.

How to use the Deming cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) to experiment, test and implement changes in the revenue system, and to monitor and improve the results.

How to use the TOC thinking processes to analyze and solve complex problems in the revenue system, and to communicate and align the vision and strategy of the revenue system.

These insights and principles can help revenue leaders and companies achieve breakthrough performance, increase customer loyalty, and create a competitive advantage in the market while not requiring any additional investment!
