Joined as Management Trainee in GEC Alsthom through campus recruitment and got confirmed as Assistant Development Engineer and promoted to Development Engineer in Relay R&D division, where we developed Electronics embedded products(where my contribution involves both the hardware digital/analog - 68x, 62x, 80x microcontroller based boards and embedded software  - C & assembly languages). I was part of developing  Fault protection relays, Disturbance recorder, power factor controller, earth leakage relay, various load/ line regulated SMPS and Printer-Multiplexer for relay control panels. It gave me good product industry experience, where we take care of requirements capture, architecture, design/development, testing and product release. We also own products, developed by us in our R&D, through out their life time and we go for field trials & support when necessary.
