Here is how I got there:

Working at Amazon was fascinating. I learned priceless business lessons about how to operate a business efficiently. 

I played the game full-on and led a multi-million dollar program to great success, earning the highest corporate award for efficiency and speed of implementation.

In 2019, I was becoming the perfect Amazonian, a brutally efficient and hyper-rational thinking machine. But my soul was dying inside. I was barely saying hello to my colleague next to me.

I decided to switch sides and give my energy to carry the vision of entrepreneurs with a big heart.

I also went through a deep personal development journey to understand more about myself. I joined the Platinum Partnership Program with my mentor Tony Robbins and completed 16 Tony Robbins seminars over 15 months.

During this time, I learned that it's not what we get that makes us fulfilled but who we become in the process.

This belief is at the heart of everything I do:
To grow my client's businesses, I place a strong emphasis on the personal growth of their leaders.
Because most business problems stem from people-related issues.

J’ai mis 50 ans à comprendre que j’étais hypersensible et 10 ans à en faire mon atout. 
Petite, j’étais en échec scolaire - inadaptée au système. 
On m'avait rangée dans la case de ceux qui ne pouvaient pas réussir. 
 
J’ai du me battre pour trouver les ressources en moi, puis j'ai enfin réussi à m’épanouir : 
- comme conseillère pour la musique et la danse pour le Ministère de la Culture.
- puis en tant que naturopathe à Paris. Je suis même devenue formatrice au CENATHO.

Ma différence qui a longtemps été un obstacle est aujourd’hui ma plus grande force.

J’ai mis un mot dessus : hypersensibilité.

Et je l’ai accepté : 
- quand j’accompagne une personne je suis ok d’être touchée.
- j’ai lâché le savoir et m’autorise à suivre mon intuition
- j’ai toujours voulu que les choses aillent vite, mais aujourd’hui je sais que c’est dans la lenteur que je suis la meilleure
