Dann kennst du den Elefanten im Raum. Das Ding, das Energie frisst, weil es ignoriert wird. Das Ding, das eure besten Leute zum Gehen bringt – nicht das Gehalt.

Ich arbeite mit Führungsteams und Leadership-Verantwortlichen, 
die spüren, dass etwas nicht stimmt. 
Die Kommunikation stockt, die Kultur kippt, das Alignment fehlt
 – aber keiner kann es greifen.

Mein Job: 

Den Elefanten besprechbar machen. 
Die Muster sichtbar machen, die euch blockieren. 
Und euch durch die Gespräche begleiten, die ihr alleine nicht führt.
Das ist unbequem. Aber es wirkt.

I’m passionate about helping teams and organizations grow - not just in how they work, but in how they learn, communicate and collaborate.

For the past four years, I’ve been working as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master in a software company - supporting teams through change, growth and a fair share of experiments. Before that, I worked in communication and marketing, where I learned how messages shape behavior and how empathy and clarity can turn ideas into action.

That mix is what drives me today: connecting people, purpose and processes. My focus lies in facilitation, team development and creating psychological safety - whether that’s through retrospectives that spark real insights, workshops that strengthen collaboration, or 1:1 coaching that helps individuals find their place in complex systems.

I’ve seen firsthand that agility isn’t just about Scrum boards or sprints - it’s about trust, curiosity and the courage to have honest conversations. My approach combines servant leadership, serious games and a coaching mindset to create environments where teams can truly thrive.

Professionally trained as a mediator, coach and certified Scrum Master, I bring active listening, clear structure and a healthy dose of playfulness to everything I do. My personal interests in dancing and improv theater often sneak into my work - helping me read the room, adapt fast, and turn uncertainty into opportunity.

My interests revolve around agility, learning cultures, psychological safety, employee development, new work and sustainable collaboration - always with a focus on what helps people do their best work together.

And yes - there really was a time when the directions to my office were “past the T-Rex and up the stairs.” 🦖
