Dann kennst du den Elefanten im Raum. Das Ding, das Energie frisst, weil es ignoriert wird. Das Ding, das eure besten Leute zum Gehen bringt – nicht das Gehalt.

Ich arbeite mit Führungsteams und Leadership-Verantwortlichen, 
die spüren, dass etwas nicht stimmt. 
Die Kommunikation stockt, die Kultur kippt, das Alignment fehlt
 – aber keiner kann es greifen.

Mein Job: 

Den Elefanten besprechbar machen. 
Die Muster sichtbar machen, die euch blockieren. 
Und euch durch die Gespräche begleiten, die ihr alleine nicht führt.
Das ist unbequem. Aber es wirkt.

Completing my MA in Media Studies, I have built a successful career in Design Thinking, User Experience Research and Workshop Facilitation. Since 2015, I have facilitated over 100 Design Thinking workshops from big brands small purpose-driven NGOs. I have been leading workshops with established design thinking agencies like zero360 and Dark Horse. For Dark Horse I was also leading their Design Thinking Workshop class from 2021 - 2022.  From 2019-2020 I served a Senior User Researcher in a 6-month Design Thinking project for Signal Iduna in Dortmund. I am also experienced in conducting Google Design Sprints. I am very proud to have been part of a design sprint for the UI of a wellness app that is now used by an only cautiously estimated 100,000 users. 

In brand workshops, I love figuring out the core and purpose of a person or brand finding ways to unfold it in the world and bring it to the right place in the fast-paced world of social media.
I believe in the power of design thinking and user-centered design to create meaningful and impactful products and experiences. My commitment to this philosophy is evident in all of my work, whether it is through leading workshops, conducting research, facilitating collaborations, or even my personal interest "Songwriting". 

I am passionate about Design Thinking because it serves as an anchor in the rapidly changing world of digitization and VUCA, keeping the human aspect at the forefront of innovation. Design thinking will always need humans, and I believe it is indispensable in the creative process even though there are all these new technologies as AI and VR that in my opinion can support the Design Process even more. 

In addition to my professional experience, my strength lies in my creativity and ability to hold tensions within teams to create and unfold the greatest impact. My experience in Mindfulness helps me in these cases to  maintain focus,  presence and facilitate open communication.
I bring a spark of my creative mind to each project, ensuring that the end result is not only functional but also innovative. My passion for music rounds off my multifaceted personality and inspires me to keep pushing the boundaries.

As a songwriter, I have a passion for finding the right words. In Design Thinking, I believe that finding the right words is not only about the result but also about fostering common understanding within a team, which can be as important as the end result itself. Like a chorus in a song, finding the right words in design thinking helps to bring a team together and align on a shared vision.
