Great content. Nobody reads it.

Think about walking through a crowded market.

Hundreds of vendors calling out. Each one trying to grab your attention.

You tune out the noise. Keep walking. Until one voice says exactly what you need to hear.

You stop.

Your LinkedIn feed works the same way.

People scroll past dozens of posts every minute. Even good ones.

Your hook is that one voice that makes them stop.

Here's what actually works:

✅ Keep it short. 3-5 words maximum. "I fired my biggest client." Not "Let me tell you about the time I had to make a difficult decision."

✅ Create pattern interrupt. Say something unexpected. "Busy means broke." Not "Here are 5 productivity tips."

✅ State reality directly. What IS, not what isn't. "Perception drives pricing." Not "It's not about price, it's about perception."

That's it. Short. Unexpected. Direct.

The posts getting read aren't more clever. They just stop the scroll in the first line.

Everything else you write is brilliant. But if the hook fails, nobody sees it.

Three seconds to stop them. Or they're gone.

Your outreach gets ignored.

Think about your inbox right now.

Dozens of messages. Most trying to sell you something. Or asking for "just 15 minutes."

You delete without reading.

Your prospects do the same thing.

The messages that get replies aren't better written. They're fundamentally different.

Here's what actually works:

Show genuine interest in them. Not their job title. Not their company. What they actually care about.

Ask one simple question. Something they'd enjoy answering. Something that takes 30 seconds.

Make it about them. Not your offer. Not your framework. Just curiosity about their work.

Example:

"Hi Sarah, building financial models in 4 weeks. That's quick.

What part of that process do you enjoy most?"

No pitch. No compliment. Just noticing something specific and asking about it warmly.

The difference between 5% and 50% response rates isn't your pitch. It's whether you sound like a human who's genuinely interested.

Most outreach fails because it's an interview disguised as a conversation. Or a sales pitch disguised as curiosity.

Real interest gets real replies.

Stop writing posts daily.

Think about meal prep. You don't cook dinner 30 times a month.
You spend 2 hours on Sunday. Done for the week.
Content works the same way.

Most people open LinkedIn, stare at a blank screen, and post nothing.
Then repeat tomorrow.

Here's what actually works:
✅ Block 90 minutes. One sitting.

✅ Pick one topic from your work this week. 
It could be a client breakthrough or something you explained three times.

✅ Write down 5 questions people ask about it. 
Each question becomes a post.

✅ Add your answer. What you'd say on a call.
That's 5 posts in 30 minutes.

✅ Repeat with two more topics. 15 posts total.
Schedule them. Your month is done.

The difference between people who post daily and people who stress daily? 

They batch.

One focused session beats 30 scattered attempts.
90 minutes once. Not 15 minutes 30 times.
