I am the Founder and CEO of Insight Revenue, the creators of the Insight to Value GTM model.  We are a global sales enablement firm that provides research, analytics, coaching, training and advisory support to help businesses reach the next level of growth. With over 20 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, 15 of those years as a member of the founding team of the CEB/Gartner Solutions business that became widely know for our creation of the Challenger Sales Model and implementation with over 1000 companies in that time. I have developed a deep expertise in commercial transformation, sales and marketing alignment, and building and scaling an “insight” driven go-to-market approach. I have also been an executive member of Pavilion, a private members-only organisation for senior commercial leaders, since 2020, and currently serve as the Chairman of the Barcelona Chapter and Group Leader for EMEA.

My passion is to help commercial teams and individuals build elite capability, improve the customer buying experience, cut churn, boost conversion rates, and more effectively differentiate in the market. I have consulted the top leaders at organisations like MSFT, Google, Siemens, SAP, Bain & Co., and have also enjoyed putting those ideas into practice while mentoring and coaching other leaders. Having lived and worked in more than 20 countries, I am extremely culturally agile and enjoy creating high performance teams and inspiring work environments across different regions and cultures. Some of my recent notable achievements include supporting several successful transactions, such as AirDNA's sale to Alpine Capital, and growing CEB's Solutions practice from $6M to $65M in annual revenue as part of the leadership team.
