Primary focus was increasing market share, profitability, strategic planning, marketing, management and sales staff training. Built strong relationships with dealers, colleagues and a proven ability to achieve results. 

Key Results:
• Developed and executed strategic management, marketing and sales plans for 18-24 individual dealers in order to maintain a dominant market position, increasing sales performance and increasing overall share in core products annually.
• Analyzed market share data and develop strategic plans for growth, including but not limited to salesman coverage, new dealership presence and market development. 
• Presented monthly and quarterly sales meetings with core market dealers, communicated industry trends, product updates, finance programs, and any specific updates from the factory to help reach retail sales goals.
• Supported and coached 45-60 sales professionals on sales techniques, financing and product knowledge to assist overall sales process.

North Dakota State University

Territory manager of thirty-five high schools and community colleges worked to develop strong relationships with counselors, students and educators in throughout the region.  Providing detail oriented and responsive feedback to co-workers and clients in territory. Managed the campus visit program and development of new procedures to streamline the overall campus visit process to improve the campus visit program. Supervising three full-time staff members and eighty student employees. 

Key Results:
• Served as a key member in the new administration’s strategic plan for the Office of Admission including serving as a part of the directors team for new initiatives, University branding, publication consistency and new overall message to prospective students. 
• Managed a recruiting territory of more than 3,000 prospects increasing the number of applicants annually. 
• Developed and maintained relationships with 40+ counselors and educators ensuring the highest level of customer service.  
• Improved and implemented programs for over 7,000 visitors annually.  Constantly improved campus visit program including staff rotations and process to increase efficiency by automating daily operations.  
• Interviewed, hired, trained and evaluated the performance of three full time staff members and over 80 student workers.

Used individual appointments to meet the needs of each student, remained flexible to take walk in appointments, and communicated with each student through the recruitment cycle.  Daily responsibilities of supervising full-time staff, organizing tours, scheduling high school and community college visits, and supervised three full time staff and 80 student workers.   Maintain adherence to the high standards of the University while supervising employees, attending events, and during day to day operations of the Admissions office.  

Key Results:
• Assisted in the overall recruitment of the largest incoming freshman class in the history of North Dakota State University.
• Worked in conjunction with residence life, dinning services, and facilities management to provide successful events for students.
• Implemented new ideas including a more revitalized Saturday Visit program that increased satisfaction of students and parents visiting.

As a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of driving revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction for global companies. I currently serve as the Vice President of Sales at ESW, a leading provider of eCommerce, payments, and fulfillment solutions for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands worldwide.

In my previous role as the Head of Digital Sales, Americas at Verifone, I oversaw the strategy, execution, and performance of the digital sales team, covering online, mobile, and cloud-based payment solutions. I secured multiple large contracts with major clients in various industries, such as retail, hospitality, and healthcare, and increased the digital sales revenue by 35% year-over-year. I also led the enterprise sales team at Digital River, where I delivered exceptional results in acquiring and retaining global brands as customers. Additionally, I am the President of the NDSU Twin Cities Alumni, where I foster a strong network and community of alumni from my alma mater.
